The Southern Maritime Consultancy and Services Center was established under the Vietnam Maritime Administration.

Changed the company name to Southern Maritime Services Enterprise in 3/2000.

Changed the company name to Maritime Service Incorporated Company in 12/2000.

Establised Nha Trang branch and  Van Phong Oil Transshipment Area (Khanh Hoa) in 6/2001.

Signed the contract to become the General Agency for STX Panocean (Korea)

Establised Hung Yen Representative Office.

Establised the transport unit in Da Nang.

Changed the company name to MACS Shipping Corporation in 10/2010.

- Become a 100% privately owned joint-stock company.
- Investment in Hai An port in 10/2011.

Signed the contract to become the General Agency for Shin Yang Shipping (Malaysia).

Establised Macs Logistics Co., Ltd. in Binh Duong.

MACS has been ranking as Top 20 Vietnam Logisttics Providers 2015.

- Investment in Mipec Port Joint Stock Company (MPC) in Hai Phong.
- Investment in Lien Viet Logistics Joint Stock Company.

- Awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Minister of Industry and Trade for outstanding achievements in developing Vietnam's logistics services in 2020.

Received the certificate by the General Department of Customs as a member of the Pilot Program for Supporting and Encouraging Enterprises to Comply with Customs Laws.
