At 8:30 A.M, Saturday, September 28th, 2013, at the conference hall - Vietnam Maritime Administration Building in Ho Chi Minh City, 89 Pasteur, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, MACS uccessfully held Annual Shareholders' Meeting 2013.
The meeting agenda is as follows:
1. Approval of the Board of Directors' Report for 2012 and the 2013 plan;
2. Approval of the 2012 Business Performance Report - 2013 Business Plan;
3. Approval of the 2012 Supervisory Board's Report;
4. Approval of the following Reports:
- Proposal for profit distribution and dividend payment for the fiscal year 2012
- Proposal for remuneration and bonus for the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2013
- Proposal on capital contribution to the joint venture with Kukdong
- Proposal for warehouse investment plan of TCO Company
5. Election and introduction of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors for the 4th term (2013-2018)
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ended successfully and received high consensus from shareholders.
