On October 28th, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department held a Conference to deploy and sign a memorandum of understanding to implement the Pilot Program to support and encourage enterprises to voluntarily comply with customs laws (program) for 7 enterprises.
Congratulating the enterprises selected to pilot the program, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department Do Thanh Quang said that these are typical enterprises selected from more than 50,000 import-export enterprises carrying out customs procedures in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the conference, Mr. Ho Ngoc Phan, Deputy Director of the Risk Management Department - General Department of Customs also shared with businesses many useful contents of the program. Mr. Phan said that out of 190,000 import-export enterprises nationwide, the General Department of Customs selected to sign contracts with about 300 enterprises to pilot the program. Through facilitating to improve business compliance. The goal of the program is that after 2 years of pilot implementation, businesses participating in the program will gradually improve their compliance level.
On September 22, 2023, Macs was awarded a certificate by the General Department of Customs as a member of the Pilot Program to support and encourage businesses to comply with Customs laws..
