Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 of MACS Shipping Corp

On the morning of July 27th, 2024, at the Ground Floor Hall - Vietnam Maritime Administration Building No. 89 Pasteur, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, MACS Shipping Corp successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024..

The Congress approved the following reports and proposals:

1. Board of Directors' Report 2023 and Operational Plan 2024
2. Report of business results 2023 and business plan of the Director 2024
3. Board of Supervisors' Activity Report 2023
4. Proposal on the approval of the audited consolidated financial statements of MACS Shipping Corp for the fiscal year 2023
5. Report on approving the authorization for the Board of Directors to evaluate and select an auditor for the Financial Statements 2024.
6. Report on the Plan for profit distribution and remuneration of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2024
7. Proposal "Plan for MACS to acquire land use rights and assets on land of Lien Viet Logistics Joint Stock Company"

All contents of the Congress were passed with high voting rate, demonstrating the consensus, focus as well as the trust of Shareholders in the Board of Directors of MACS Shipping Corp .
