October 3–4, 2026 – Embracing the spirit of “One Team – One Dream,” the Northern Branch of MACS Shipping Corp., together with its member company, Lien Viet Logistics Joint Stock Company, organized a Team Building program in Ha Long. The two-day journey was filled with meaningful experiences, bringing people closer together, strengthening connections, and creating memorable moments as one united team.
More than simply an internal team-building activity, the program provided an opportunity for the teams at MACS Shipping Corp. and Lien Viet Logistics to reflect on the values of collaboration, teamwork, and the collective strength that comes from working toward a common goal.
In the logistics industry, where speed, precision, and seamless coordination are critical to success, achievements are never the result of one individual’s efforts alone. They are built through the close collaboration and collective commitment of an entire team.
In Ha Long, professional boundaries and the distances of everyday work were brought closer. Colleagues who normally connect through meetings, phone calls, and the fast-paced rhythm of daily operations had the opportunity to share experiences, connect on a personal level, and gain a deeper understanding of one another.
Through every challenge, the true spirit of teamwork became even more evident: listening to one another, supporting one another, trusting one another, and moving forward toward a shared goal. This is precisely the spirit that “One Team – One Dream” represents.
The strong connection between MACS Shipping Corp. and Lien Viet Logistics is not only reflected in team activities, but also serves as a foundation for the two companies to continue working closely together, strengthening collaboration, and delivering greater value to customers and partners.
Every organization has its own journey of growth. Yet to go further and achieve sustainable development, what truly matters is having a shared vision and a shared aspiration.
For this reason, Ha Long 2026 was about far more than beautiful photographs and memorable moments. More importantly, it created meaningful connections that will continue to be carried forward into our daily work and future endeavors.
The two-day journey in Ha Long may have come to an end, but the spirit of ONE TEAM – ONE DREAM will continue to inspire us across every activity, every project, and every journey ahead. Because we believe:
