On the morning of June 28th, 2025, at the meeting room on the 3rd floor, 89 Pasteur Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, MACS Shipping Corp successfully held The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
The meeting approved the following reports and proposals:
  1. Report on the performance in 2024 and the operation plan for 2025 by the Board of Directors.
  2. Report on business results in 2024 and business plan for 2025 by the General Director.
  3. Report on the activities of the Supervisory Board in 2024.
  4. Proposal for the approval of the audited consolidated financial statements of MACS Shipping Corp for the fiscal year 2024.
  5. Proposal for authorizing the Board of Directors to evaluate and select the auditing firm for the 2025 financial statements.
  6. Proposal on the profit distribution plan for 2024 and the expected profit distribution plan for 2025 of MACS Shipping Corp.
All contents of the Meeting were approved with a high voting rate, reflecting the consensus, focus, and strong trust of shareholders in the leadership of MACS Shipping Corp.
